Charm Slot?

Trying to get a a new charm for that slot, my current one only has like 150 hps. Thinking of getting either on or the other:

Counterspring doodad

Whats you all thoughts?

I dont like the one, cause of the water, but does it mean it starts out full stats? and decreases asit gets wet? Brigandine sound cool, but no idea what my skills are in both categories.

Well I don't know your power level or what you and friends are capable of handling, but Borskar's charm from Tosk instanced is a nice charm and easy to get.

Also, there is a charm in Brell's temple if you are or can get T8 flagged in UF that has a crappy conditional but even at weakest it is still better. And if you solo alot you are likely to have fewer or be only self buffed to it will be good.

Pretty gimp by todays standards, 16.5k hps right now, but improving here and there. Level 83, and getting close to 84, about 650 AAs atm.

I play with a Shaman friend, and we do ok. Mostly just doing SoF stuff currently, needing spells and all that sort, gear.

That and running alot of MMs to gain the gear, and XP.

I think i will try and see if i can get my wizzad friend to go to Tosk and see what we can do.

How old is your toon? I mean ~ how much play time do you have on him? I have the Darkened Veteran's Charm on Mikaal (Drazz) and it's got pretty decent stats for a casual soloer...

You can check it out in my Magelo. Can be pretty pricey in the Bazaar, however I got mine for 15K (I think...)

My necro only has like 6 months play time, created in January 08. So i dont have the lesson of the devoted and all the other goodies.

Story about my EQ playing wares, started out and played a Ranger for many years, from the beginning to right when Omens was released, out of game for several years until Underfoot. Gave the Ranger account away when i hung it up, when i wanted to come back i go ahold of the guy and he still plays on it, but not that Ranger, another toon. He inturn gave me an account, with a Necro on it, have been playing it since.

So anything from Omens on really i have no clue about. The game has changed so much is not funny from what i rememeber. I really diggin the necro thou, and learning alot from this board about modern EQ.

There any secret to this charm? faction or anything involved?

I could go up and run a couple Boomerang groups and get one of these, or just buy some silver tokens.

I got some plat now, since most armor thats an upgrade is no drop, or progression, there is little to spend in on any longer.

The secret to the boomerang charm is that it only increases as you complete more boomerang missions and get more silver. I dont think buying silver will count toward your total silver earned but I could be wrong.

correct.
It goes by silver earned total, not the amount on your possession. I have tested this.

by the way for a decent and relativly easy charm augment do dragon dragon dragon event while it is live.
